Honfleur is a delight in any weather, at any time of the year, but since we don’t worship lunch time like the French, it’s easy for us to walk past the very fancy and very expensive indoor and outdoor restaurants in Honfleur.

We remember passing one restaurant where even the smallest table was set with more glass, silver, more dishes, and more linen than needed for a large family. The cost to set the table, wash and put all this stuff away, would cost more than we would like to pay for a meal.
