Wetzlar, Old Building

In Wetzlar we watched as a old, old, building was being worked on. As we often said (about the Parthenon in Athens, for example), are they just now building it, renovating it, or tearing it down. It doesn’t look like the nearby buildings are in much better shape.

On the right of the photo, that appears to be a portion of a much more modern building.
