France, Country Road

Since we usually had no scheduled destination, we just drove on the small country roads, turning here and there, when we saw something of interest. Often the drive was on very narrow country roads that were lined with blooming poppies, and with trees on both sides of the road. We remember more than one place where the RV touched bushes and branches on both sides of the road, at the same time. Don’t know what we would have done if we had met oncoming traffic.
