Harbor Scene

Your help is needed! As in so many cases, here is another photo that was not labeled all those years ago. While I remember the scene, and am sure it is in what was called Yugoslavia in those days, for the life of me I can not remember the name of the town. I distinctly remember seeing those small buildings huddled below the large buildings, but I just can’t remember the name of the towns.

I hate to see a photo with just a caption, without a little story, a tidbit of some kind, but here I don’t even have an accurate caption!
