Vignettes from Jim and Emmy's years of travel

Soviet Union

Yalta, Kiddyland

Kids the world over love to ride the Merry-go-round, politics makes no difference. Here in Yalta, back in the days when the Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain still stood, these pretty little blondes looked a little more scared than the speed of the ride required. Or maybe they are just bored because it was so slow.

Next door, there were several early versions of Computer Video Games that looked just like those at “home.”
