Hilltop Villages

I_Hilltop_Villages.jpg

Italy is mountainous to the extreme, with hundreds, if not thousands of tiny villages clambering the mountainsides, some reached on narrow twisty roads, some so isolated we never found an access road, and hundreds more that were marvelous and delightful as we drove past. At times, ten or twenty hill-side, and hill-top villages could be seen from where we stood, admiring the landscape.

While we have dozens of photos of hilltop villages in Italy, few of them have a label, so If you know the name of this one, please let us know.
